本機廣泛用于制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè),把潮濕 的粉末狀物料制成顆粒，亦可粉碎塊狀干物料。
注：本公司還生產(chǎn)多種無菌顆粒機。
當(dāng)物料進入機器內(nèi)室時，在粉碎刀的高速運轉(zhuǎn)作 用下，物料形成漩渦流體，產(chǎn)生強烈的離心力， 并向篩網(wǎng)斗孔面擴散。同時，粉碎刀與篩網(wǎng)斗之 間產(chǎn)生高速間隙剪切、擠壓及物料自身插碎，使 物料變小。同時在離心力的作用下與孔眼相同的 顆粒就從網(wǎng)孔排出。按照不同目數(shù)要求，配有多 種不同的篩網(wǎng)都以達到最佳的顆粒要求。
