This machine is mainly used for the automatic container cleaning in the solid preparation production in pharmacy industry. It can clean mixing hoppers and transfer hoppers of different sizes as an ideal cleaning machine for pharmacy factories. It is composed of cleaning chamber, pump station and air processing unit, control system and other parts. During the operation, the inlet of the cleaning machine is opened to let used mixing and transfer hoppers into the cleaning chamber. After that, the inlet door is closed. The machine can be started after cleaning program is set according to technical requirement. It works in line with the set program automatically. After the cleaning, the washed containers can be pushed out through the open door to the medial station for later use.
